    Printing Policies and Procedures

We currently charge 10¢ per page for black & white output and 25¢ per page for color output. You will be charged these fees whether or not you bring in your own paper. This is so we can partially recoup the cost of toner and other expensive consumables used by our printers. To reduce paper and toner waste we urge you to use the following printing procedures when you attempt to print from the Internet:

Before you Print from the Internet:
    1. Click on File in the Menu bar

    2. Click on Print Preview

    3. The number of pages will show at the top as "Page 1 of __"

    4. If you don't wish to print the whole web site, click on the arrows at the top and use the scroll bar at the right side to move through the pages to identify which pages you do want to print.

    5. Click on the Print button in the left corner when you are ready to print.

    6. In the Print Range section of the print window, choose ALL to print all pages, OR choose Pages from to select which pages to print.

    7. You may print one or more pages from the middle of the web site by typing in the page numbers. For example, clicking on Pages from, then typing 3 to 3 in the print range fields will just print page 3. Typing 4 to 5 in the print range fields will print pages 4 and 5 of the web site.

    8. To print, click on the OK button on the bottom.
