This class builds strength and flexibility with an emphasis on core strength and strong abdominal muscles. All muscle groups are challenged and toned using hand weights, resistance bands and resistance tubing. Begin with total body warm up, end with full body stretch and cool down. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring two 3-5 lb. hand weights.
